Alltid nöjd
Tredje gången på the Slate. Lika underbart som vanligt. Tyvärr va den lilla poolen stängd och det va en liten besvikelse. Den öppnades samma dag som vi åkte vidare. The Pearl Bed suit är det mysigaste och lyxigaste hotellrum jag vet. Gott om plats, högt i tak, mjuk skön säng och lyxiga lakan. Jättebra städning. Underbar terass med fantastisk utsikt över resorten. Nai yang är en härlig strand med trevliga beachrestauranger som va öppna trots pandemin

Riktigt bra
Andra gången på the Slate och vi älskar det. Otroligt fint hotellområde med mycke grönska. Poolerna är nästan det bästa med hela hotellet. Otroligt snyggt! Vi bodde i pearlbed suit och den va riktigt härlig. Skön säng och stor terass med daybed och utomhusbadkar. Ska man klaga på något är priserna höga samt att frukosten är lite omständigt. Dom krånglar till det med att servera ost och skinka bakom disk. Väldigt nära stand och enklare restauranger. Vi kommer tillbaka igen

Väldigt fint hotel och område med många aktiviteter. Perfekt för barnfamiljen men också par eftersom de finns separata pooler. Enda nackdelen var att personalen genomgående har väldigt dålig engelska. De påverkar service niveå.

Paradiset!
Supernöjda med The Slate. Har aldrig fått bott i ett så fint och lyxigt rum. De två vuxenpoolerna är så härliga. Vi bodde nära pool 3 och där va det väldigt lugnt och skönt. Längtar till att åka tillbaka. Ska man klaga på något så är det väl maten. Dyr och inte så bra som man skulle kunna önska. Dock ligger hotellet nära stranden så man har stor valfrihet kring matställen utanför resorten om man vill.

Utmärkt om än på gränsen till överdisignat hotell. Vet Dick inte hur upplevelsen hade förändrat vid en högre beläggning. Vid vår vistelse var det ganska få gäster så allt kändes rymligt och lätt-tillgängligt.

Stolen lugage at The Slate. .. No compansation
Första intrycket var makalöst bra, dock märkte vi efter ett tag att det var mer yta n något annat. TV på rummet hade jag kanaler som brusade och gav dålig bild. När vi precis checkat ut insåg vi att min flickvän inte tömt en låda ur vår garderob. Jag kontaktade där efter hotellet som säger att deras städpersonal inte hittat mina kläder som vi vet ligger kvar inrymmer. Vi checkade ut en timme tidigare. Efter flera samtal och mail till hotellet fick vi besked att kläderna saknades. .. otroligt dåligt för ett hotell som tar bra betalt av sina gäster. Hotellet frågade inte om och hur de knde ersätta oss. Vi fick bara ett sorry. Tråkigt att fira sin 40 årsdag med att bli bestulen på en massor av kläder.

Mycket trevligt och speciellt hotell precis vid Havet. Bra miljö och bra personal ger upplevelsen En bra värdering. Det är tredje gången jag är gäst på hotellet och det blir säkert fler gånger.

Elegant hotell som är värt att besöka!
Elegant hotell som ger mersmak! Allt på hotellet är genomtänkt och enhetligt. Mysfaktorn är på topp, servicen är utmärkt och restaurangerna superba. Restaurangen Black ginger är en upplevelse och måste besökas. Även spa-avdelningen är superb och väl värt ett besök, om än det är en smula dyrt.

Mardrömmen på Indigo Pearl
Vi hade bokat två rum för under 14 dagar. Första natten vaknade vi av att en kackerlacka kröp över vår babys huvudkudde. Följande dag hade vi ytterligare en kackerlacka på rummet, vi sa till i lobbyn och fick byta rum. Samma sak i det nya rummet, första kvällen hittade vi en kackerlacka i rummet. Vi sa till och rummet sprejades. När vi bytte rum igen hittade vi en kackerlacka andra kvällen och tredje kvällen en tusenfoting. Vi har varit i kontakt med ledningen om dessa problem. Absolut inget hotell vi rekommenderar.

Bekväma sängar, häftigt hotell!
Hotellet var häftigt kan man väl säga, slitet men häftigt. Området som sådant hade mer affärer etc. runtomkring än vad man kunde förvänta sig, dock räckte det med att stanna just där under 4 dagar som vi gjorde. Trots närheten till flygplatsen hör man knappt något plan vilket var mycket positivt. Skulle lätt kunna tänka mig att åka tillbaka, trots att det var dyrt för det man fick så kan jag varmt rekomendera det till andra!

The staff always had a smile on their faces and the service was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay in the atmosphere of a designer hotel. We visited for our honeymoon and were delighted by the stylish touches that set it apart from other hotels. The breakfast was also delicious. It's a hotel we'd love to stay at again when we come to Phuket.

一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。

It was a remarkable hotel room. The staff were incredible from check in to check out. That was our 3rd hotel in Thailand, as we’ve been traveling a lot, and it was hands down the best. We will make it a point to stay there again when we are back in the area.

The property grounds are huge and set in very nice manicured gardens that are beaitifully maintained. The resorts 3 pools are large and clean and we especially liked the swim up bar in pool number 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten.

The Slate Hotel in Phuket is a luxury resort. I had a wonderful stay here, the spa and restaurant facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and quick to respond to any queries. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only thing I would change is the pillows in the bedroom - they are all quite soft and flat.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort for 5 nights. The adults only pools are a huge plus for couples without kids - you can enjoy the weather and relax. Dining options are great - breakfast is very good, and for lunch and dinner you have multiple choices including a Michelin restaurant- all the prices are reasonable. The Spa was great, and also the cooking class was very fun. We had one issue in our last night - there was an event at the resort- a concert right outside our room, at 23:30 we had to call the reception a few times and ask to stop it, it is ridiculous that we paid 350 Euro a night and since 14:00 they started with sound checks drums and what-not. They blasted us with loud music while all we wanted to do is relax. The day after we checked out we mentioned this, and they compensated us in 200 THB (7 Euro)…For this kind of resort I would expected a more personal approach and handling.
