Hotell nära Sacajawea Park

“We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a business trip but really appreciated coming back to a safe space that was clean and welcoming.”

“Easy to find a parking spot”

“Better service would be great.”

“Eländig frukost. Serverades i receptionen. Man fick ta med sig det man ville äta (äckliga söta wienerbrödliknande mackor) till sitt rum. Inte bra!”

“I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

“The property was absolutely gorgeous. We would give 5 stars all the way around, except there really was no staff or amenities. There were several times we would have like to speak with staff regarding locations, food or if there had been some extras offered we might have stayed on property. All in all the home is absolutely gorgeous!”

“Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front.”

“Terrible don’t book here. Doesn’t even have the right location, went there and I saw no hotel. And they refused to give me a refund”

“If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

“Water filter in gym was a problem.”

“Lyhört. Försök att få ett rum högst upp. Då slipper du störas av någon som springer fram o tillbaka ovanför ditt rum. ”
