“Both med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves.
The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice.
The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off.
The water in the shower were filling up on the floor.

“I stayed down the street for a bit during this trip. I was eager for a clean, comfortable room to end my stay. I needed a good night's rest before I took my flight home to the US. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and dinner options were wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. My room was very clean with a great shower and a wonderful climate control system.
