The home offers 1.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom with a bathtub, a convenient half bath, and a hot and cold outdoor rinse station—perfect for rinsing away the sand after a day at the beach.

Each of the four bedrooms and the main living area features its own mini-split heating and air conditioning system for personalized comfort throughout your stay. Every bedroom also includes custom window treatments with blackout shades to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

🐶 Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome! We happily welcome up to 2 dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less. A pet fee of $75 per dog, per night applies. We know pets are family, and we’re delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to enjoy the Maine coast alongside you.

🛏️ Optional Linen Package

For guests who prefer to travel light, an optional linen package is available for $350. The package includes professionally provided bed sheets and bath towels for the duration of your stay. Guests are also welcome to bring their own linens and towels if preferred.

Parking is easy with tandem driveway parking for 2 cars. Additional free overnight street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis.
