Relax and enjoy in this freshly renovated, calm and stylish 2 bed and 2 bath home. It’s been furnished and equipped with New furniture and appliances for your needs. There are smart TVs in every room with high speed WIFI. There’s a private master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and walk in shower. Another guest room is furnished with queen bed. Pull out sofa with 65in TV in the living room to accommodate 6 people total. We’re located in quiet and friendly neighborhood in Carmichael.

It is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My biggest problem was figuring out the “latest tech” features; the host was prompt in helping me with the thermostat, and I had enough brains for the other stuff.

Host was amazing and very responsive. The duplex is very clean newly remodeled. Host was sure to have enough of everything, such as towels. We were super thankful for the coffee also left by the host. Being able to use the garage was an extra plus!

This was a nice place. I really liked that the two beds had different levels of firmness. Also the closet had pillows with different levels of firmness. My main issue with hotels is that everything is too soft and fluffy. So it's nice to have firm options.

Actually, everything was OK other than the master bedroom sheets we felt were still dirty. Found a lot hair on it. Ask the host about it. He said they would be willing to come over in the morning, but we actually had already went out and bought our own sheets. I asked to be compensated for that because we were very disgusted with that, but there was never any response from the host. Disappointed.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a vacation rental. When we arrived, the house was in terrible condition: the floors were dirty, the windows were disgusting, and the overwhelming smell of marijuana throughout the home was unbearable. We contacted the owner right away and were met with defensiveness. Eventually, someone was sent out to “clean,” but it was a half-hearted effort at best. They sprayed something to try to mask the odor but didn’t truly clean the property. We couldn’t even check in right away and had to leave for hours while this was being addressed—no update was given when it was supposedly “ready.”Later that night, things got even worse. Over 100 teenagers came to the house looking for a party that had taken place the night before. There were fights, people jumping on our cars, and eventually the police showed up, blocked off the street, drew their guns, and brought in K9 units. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable.The owner did call to apologize—but then offered us pizza. We asked to leave early due to the circumstances, but they refused unless we paid a cancellation fee that cost more than half the stay.To be fair, once (partially) cleaned, the inside of the house was decent. But the outside is totally neglected and clearly a hotspot for constant parties. Multiple neighbors told us they hate the house because there are always problems.This place nearly ruined our trip. I would absolutely not recommend this rental to anyo

Enjoyed our stay!

The inside was great, but the outside was not maintained. Knowing that many Californians don’t water their lawns, someone could’ve at least kept the weeds mowed down. The stones to the backyard were just sitting on the top of the ground, making them unstable.

Immaculate and comfortable

This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. I did see reviews about the neighborhood being older which it is but that’s typical of Carmichael neighborhoods and I felt safe and relaxed.I did have to depart early for a personal reason but would book a stay here again for sure.

Perfect spot for a getaway from the Bay Area

This property was very inviting. It is set in a nice neighborhood with many amenities nearby. It is close enough to the freeway to be convenient and far enough away to feel like you’re in a sweet neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect, with enough room for me and my grandchildren to all cook together. The rooms are well laid out. The off street parking is a plus!

Great relaxing getaway
