This is an old, bare bones motel. I only stayed there because I was spending the day with a group that was camping along the nearby Rifle River and there was nowhere else close by. It was mostly clean...the end of the shower curtain is obscured by the open bathroom door and it had a very dirty handprint on it. When I left I pulled the curtain to the other end in the hopes housekeeping would notice. The inside of the microwave door was very rusty. The towels and sheets were clean. The refrigerator was clean and actually had a separate freezer compartment.
It was fairly quiet except for the late night and early morning train coming through. I heard zero noise from other rooms both nights. The in the wall A/C unit worked well to cool the room.
