Completely renovated with taste and attention to detail, it comprises a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of approximately 1,600 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- A large open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 20 m² dining room that can accommodate 9 people
- A 13 m² veranda with electric fireplace and dining table

- A laundry room with freezer, washing machine, storage space and cleaning products
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit with sink and column

Upstairs:
- A large landing with an 80×200 bed, which can be doubled to 160×200
