"We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard. We had been warned that the neighborhood was a bit rough… We liked its proximity to Snowden metro, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was ok. It cannot compare to a North European breakfast but we had bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereals and juice, and coffee/tea of course. Very nice breakfast hostess and reception staff. Now, the negative: our bathroom had been used when we entered the room! Not that it was dirty but there was water in the sink, the soap was out of its box and there was paper in the garbage bin. We checked in late so just wanted to go to bed but we called reception as pillows also smelled a bit of greasy hair… They sent housekeeping who just wiped down the sink, took the paper and left! I called reception again to explain that it felt a bit unsafe not knowing if somebody else had access to our room. They were gonna get back to us but at 10:40 we gave up and went to bed. The hotel was not full so I think they could have given us a new room. We had not unpacked. Not even taken off our shoes! Or at least brought us new pillow cases! Upon leaving we got to keep room an hour later so all in all we are very happy with our stay."

"Trevligt och rymligt rum med balkong. Fin takterass med utsikt över staden. Poolområde och sittmöjligheter även på plan 4. Bra läge med restauranger och cafeer i närheten."
