Gîte "Les 3 Rivières" - SAINT-BENIGNE

In the heart of Bresse, at the gates of Pont-de-Vaux and its port, the Gîte 'Les 3 Rivières' can accommodate 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. This independent, single-storey, air-conditioned house (solar panels) is on a closed property with a private swimming pool and is only accessible in summer. Through a secure gate, you will access a courtyard in front of the main door. The entrance to the gîte opens onto an entrance hall opening onto a large, very bright living room including a fitted kitchen open to the living room and lounge. In the extension, a corridor serves 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), the second bedroom in blue tones and the third with touches of gray are equipped with two single beds (80x200) each. A dressing room to store all your belongings is at your disposal. A bathroom with corner bath and shower as well as a separate toilet complete this space. You will have a laundry room with all the necessary equipment as well as a storage space. This cottage, with modern and refined decoration, has terraces as well as a garden area towards the swimming pool (with barrier). Electric heating. During a stopover or a stay, many activities await you near the Gîte. You can discover the region with its architecture, its gastronomy and the vineyards. To relax, recharge your batteries or even travel the Voie Bleue from Pont-de-Vaux, take the path that borders the canal, for a bike ride or on foot. The filling of the swimming pool water and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" orders of the Ain prefecture.
