The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A bright 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, opening onto the terrace.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, wine cabinets, Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Bedroom with double bed (140*190) and en-suite shower room
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower for rinsing beach and fishing gear

First floor:
- Relaxation area with armchair and coffee table
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and study area
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, ceiling fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, heated 8x4 swimming pool, available from May to the end of September. It is secured by an electric curtain. A liability waiver for rental with swimming pool must be signed on site.
- A beautiful 700 m² garden with parking on the north-east side and a large south-west-facing terrace surrounding the pool, with dining area for 8 under a pergola, bar and high chair next to the pool and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and quiet residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market around 5 minutes away by car.

- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The apartment is semi-detached with a duplex which can accommodate 4 people. The two apartments can be rented together.
