The cottage is located on the first floor of a large house (which also serves as a bed-and-breakfast and includes the owner’s apartments). Separate entrance via the cottage’s private terrace or through the main house from the shared entry hall. Private terrace on the right side of the house, not overlooked by other guests. Shared garden on the other side. The house is located in Saint-Denis-les-Martel along a road (heavy traffic / double-glazed windows). A few steps lead up to the cottage: open kitchen, living room, bedroom with a 160x200 bed (facing the road), adjoining bedroom with 1 bunk bed, bathroom, and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning. Towels and sheets included. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option.
