The accommodation
Discover Le Cerf, a four-season yurt 20 feet in diameter, perched on a hillside on the edge of a magnificent wetland, in the heart of a dense forest. A true haven for birdwatchers, this peaceful place is perfect for observing nature. You are about 200 meters from the Sentiers de l'Estrie.

You have to take the hiking trails to get to the B&B, located 2 minutes from the landing stage (125 meters).

The eco-lodge is entirely reserved for you and, for your privacy, the other gîtes are about 100 metres away.

The eco-lodges are equipped to offer a unique resort experience, with LED lighting powered by a solar panel, indoor compost toilet, wood stove, propane stove for cooking, kitchenette equipped (oil, salt and pepper), outdoor fire pit, propane BBQ and a picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that bedding is not included, but services such as drinking water, linens and dish soap, candles, toilet paper and firewood are provided.

Please note: In winter, yurts are not suitable for everyone. They are less insulated than lodges, and you have to rekindle the fire every three hours to stay warm. In addition, the dry toilet is located outside, behind the yurt.

Traveler access
The "Les Côteaux Missisquoi" estate is located in the municipality of Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton between Eastman (where you can refuel - Grocery, bakery, SAQ, gas, local products, Pub, restaurants) and Mansonville near Austin in the Missisquoi Valley.

We are in the center of the major recreational-tourist sites (Magog, Orford, Owl's Head and Bromont) where a multitude of activities await you.

From Montreal: Exit 100 of Highway 10, right at the stop sign for 8.2 kilometers.
From Sherbrooke: Exit 106 of Highway 10, on the left on the 245 for 10 kilometres, on the right on Bolton Centre Road for 2 kilometres.
