Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire is a charming commune located in the Loiret department, in France. Nestled on the banks of the Loire, it offers a magnificent natural setting with its river landscapes, green meadows and panoramic views of the river.

The Le Petit Pozoir cottage for 4/6 people is located on the ground floor of the house. A dining room that can accommodate both cottages, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and a private adjoining bathroom for each and two separate toilets.
It has an entrance from the interior courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue next to the lake.

Private terrace for each cottage, shared garden and private parking in front of the property.
An internal staircase connects the two cottages locked by a door.
Possibility on site of a 40m² room for 30 people.
