In a building of typical Caribbean architecture, this apartment is located in a tropical garden of 5 hectares, part of the former 3-star hotel complex "Manganao", close to Saint-François towards Saint-Anne.

This apartment was completely renovated in 2019. A refresh of the paintings was carried out in November 2023.
It has a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a small kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with bath, and a toilet.
The apartment is air-conditioned (1 split in each living room) and fully equipped (Wi-Fi with box inside the housing, fiber + Netflix, safe, television, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, coffee pod, kettle, hob, kitchen set, etc.).
We provide a cot free of charge, and a high chair if needed.

The swimming pool and the sandy beach, decorated with paillottes and deckchairs are located just 100 meters!!!
Free access badges to the pool (from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) are usually provided, but their issuance cannot be guaranteed and depends on the decisions of the pool owner. For the year 2026, we provide 4 pool access points.

For your convenience, a concierge will take care of welcoming you, cleaning the end of stay and will be at your disposal if needed.

For greater safety, at night, a security guard makes rounds until morning in the residence. In addition, surveillance cameras are located in the common areas (gardens, driveways, parking, etc.).
In addition, you can enjoy secure parking (the car park closes from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

It is located 2 steps from the beach of clear grapes and 3 km from Saint-François and its marina. (the ideal place to drop off to visit the island!!!).
You will have a quick and direct access to the port of Saint-François; place of departure of the ferries for all excursions towards the islands Marie Galante, Saintes, Petite Terre and Désirade.
You will find very good bars and restaurants within 500 m, a bakery 1 km and a supermarket 2 km.

The tourist tax is included in these rates.
We also provide sheets, pillows, towels, dishcloths, etc.

Furthermore, it is not allowed to smoke inside.

ℹ️ The pool is located in the old hotel complex (about 100m away), owned by our neighbor. Its opening depends on the management of this establishment. It may therefore happen, in exceptional cases, that access is temporarily limited (maintenance, absence of the lifeguard or other operational constraints).
Example: in 2025, it was closed for 3 weeks following a storm.

ℹ️The neighboring hotel complex dates from 1995 and is gradually being renovated. If some spaces can reflect its age, our apartment is independent, carefully maintained. The rental concerns only the apartment. The management of the neighboring complex is the responsibility of its owner.

ℹ️ As in any island destination, some unforeseen events may exceptionally occur independently of our will: internet outage, water or electricity cut-off, rough sea, temporary closure of a residence business, limited availability of parking spaces... or even the surprise visit of a tropical mosquito 😊.
We always do our best to accompany our travelers in case of unforeseen events, but some events remain independent from our management.
