The Chalet du Crescent is a recently built chalet (2020).
Easy to access, located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit n°22 Avallon, the Gîte du Manoir is ideally located, in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, near Avallon, Vézelay and Quarré les Tombes.

It is composed of:
• A main room with large openings giving access to the terrace through a French window with
- A dining area for 4 people
- A lounge area, with a sofa NOT convertible
2 armchairs
1 TV, with streaming platform access
An Amazon connected speaker

• An open kitchen, with electric hob and electric oven, microwave oven, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker...
• A bedroom with a 140cms bed and storage
• A bedroom with 2 beds of 90cms and storage
• A bathroom with separate toilet, including shower and hydromassage column, sink, storage, washing machine


The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, barbecue...
Toys are available for children
Parking for several cars is present in front of the cottage.
The chalet is on 2000m² of UNFENCED land.

HEATING
- Electricity included up to 50kWh per day are provided for in the tariff,

Bed linen is provided, and beds are made.
Toiletries are not included (possible at an additional cost of 6€/person)

Located in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, near Avallon and Vézelay, our cottage, in the heart of Burgundy, will allow you to visit a region rich in history, with an important cultural heritage, vineyards, lakes and white water rivers.
The national forest will allow long hikes, and the discovery of fauna and flora.
Many activities are possible, swimming with the many lakes and rivers, canoeing, rafting, tree climbing...
