Stay facing the ocean in this beautiful bright 60 m² apartment in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideally located 200 metres from Boisvinet beach. With its stunning sea views and immediate proximity to amenities and the harbour, you will fully enjoy the sea air and seaside atmosphere.



The flat, located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and features a functional and warm layout. From the entrance, you discover a lovely living room flooded with light, with a comfortable sofa and a television (which does not currently have public channels) for your relaxation moments, a round wooden table to share your meals, and above all a magnificent view of the ocean from the window located just above the lounge. The open-plan kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is very well equipped: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. It also has a window with a sea view, so you can cook with pleasure.

On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with two single beds (80x200) which you can push together to form a double bed (160x200), and the second with two single beds (80x200). The bathroom includes a bath and a hairdryer, and the WC is separate for added comfort.



The accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and a private parking space in the courtyard in front of the accommodation.
