Upon arrival, you will be charmed by a large air-conditioned living area, modern and warm, ideal for sharing convivial moments around the dining table.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious dishes yourself. You will find a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press, two Dolce Gusto capsule coffee makers and a filter coffee maker as well as all the necessary utensils.

In the lounge, a large comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs invite you to relax whilst watching a film or following a sporting event on television.



On the sleeping side, the chalet offers 3 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people: a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and its en-suite bathroom with WC, a second with a double bed (140x200) and finally a last one with two single beds (80x200).

A bathroom with shower and a separate WC complete this space designed for your well-being.

A washing machine is also at your disposal for added comfort, as well as 2 private parking spaces.



Important Information:

- A security camera is present; it films the terrace and will be switched off upon the guests' arrival.

- This new residence is in the process of being finalised on certain private plots. A few chalets are still missing and could be installed during your stay.

- Rest assured: all common areas of your chalet (play area, swimming pool, entrance…) are new, clean and ready to welcome you for a worry-free holiday!

- The communal heated indoor swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and open all year round.

- The rental has Wi-Fi access.

- This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Pets are not accepted at this rental.

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Bed linen is offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the duration of your stay, with no possibility of renewal, and mid-stay cleaning is outside our scope of services.



The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and favour a dedicated charging point.
