25 Davis Love is a lovely 2-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Lovely Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and so much more. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub shower combo. This bedroom has a private Balcony overlooking Davis Love Drive. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds in each. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom; the left bedroom has a step-in shower while the other bathroom has a tub shower combo and the laundry room. The laundry room has a full-size stacked washer and dryer.

Features of the home include stainless steel appliances in kitchen, outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, and a gas grill in the back yard. There are 4 TVs in the property, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. This property includes Live TV Cable Television and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. A highlight of this property is the open floor plan that is great for family and friends, with plenty of room to be together. Complete with a furnished screened in porch allowing you to enjoy the low country weather and view in comfort.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
