313 Ocean Point - Resort Access Always Included!

There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.

A spacious king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a huge bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals and boasts extras like an additional mini fridge and water cooler. The comfy living room has a wall of windows overlooking the golf course and ocean that provides amazing views. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer numerous sleeping options. The right-side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.

During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
