355 Ocean Point is a charming two-story residence nestled at the northern tip of Fripp Island. Its prime location offers easy access to the Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf Course, the beach, and the pool, making it an ideal choice for guests eager to explore Fripp's array of amenities. With four bedrooms and three baths, this home provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. On the main level, a king bed awaits in the bedroom, accompanied by a shared bathroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with serene lagoon views and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a hall bathroom conveniently nearby. The residence features stunning panoramic vistas of the ocean and the wildlife-filled lagoon, offering captivating sunsets from its spacious decks, screened porch, and even the living area. Entertainment amenities include cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a Samsung washer and dryer for added convenience. Comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, 355 Ocean Point ensures a delightful stay for all. 355 Ocean Point comfortably accommodates up to 9 people.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities, as well as taking a ride to the Food Court after dinner for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
