On the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open kitchen & great room overlooking the ocean. There is a gas stove and new appliances, allowing you to stay in and cook your favorite meals. The primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom are located on the main floor, with their own en suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a tub and separate shower, while the guest bedroom has a tub shower combo. Powder room located near the great room for easy access. Upstairs are 2 bunk rooms, 3 bedrooms and an office with a twin futon. The bunk rooms have a hallway accessible bath with a tub shower combo. 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with a tub shower combo, and bedroom 3 has its own en suite bath. The property has beautiful bamboo flooring throughout and a 3-car garage with room to park 3-4 more in the driveway. Electric car charger included in the garage.
A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
