Well.... Thank you for noting that we had everything that one would need to have a great vacation. And thank you for saying it's the nicest VRBO you have ever booked. We love that. We try VERY hard to have everything perfect and in pristine condition for our guests. We want everyone to have the best time and that's why we include everything we can think of for one to have a wonderful experience. And we haven't had anyone say anything but positive comments about the mattresses. The guy before you said he couldn't believe how comfortable they were. Sorry about the fishing pier but I hear there are so many places to fish on Fripp. And our little kitchen, well I know it's well appointed for everyone to have what they need to prepare any kind of meal and be it small, it is mighty. We also made sure to have two grills downstairs for cooking out as it seems that is what most people want to do when they are on vacation on the island. Would have loved a 5 star review but if 4 stars is what you feel, then we must accept it. Thanks, Kathy

I reached out to Martha to ask her why the missing star. Martha explained that the bathroom sink did not have a stopper, which we went to the store immediately so we could fix that! She also said that the dining room light was too bright so we have purchased a dimming switch to be installed tomorrow! And, she suggested a dresser in the master so we will be switching the one there with a bigger one before our next rental. Thank you Martha for your helpful suggestions. We are on it!!
