House for 7 with a pool (6 adults maximum)

For your family vacation on the Vendée coast, we offer this new house with a swimming pool, built according to current accessibility standards (*). It is designed to accommodate up to 7 people (maximum 6 adults, as the additional bed is suitable for a child).



In the large living area, you will discover a beautiful new kitchen. Fully equipped, it includes a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop to prepare delicious meals. A dishwasher is also available to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day off right.



The dining room, located in front of the bay window overlooking the terrace and pool, invites you to enjoy good meals together. Do you prefer to eat outdoors? Everything is prepared on the 85 m² terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue.



To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good movie or get excited about sporting events. Need a nap or a moment of reading in the sun? Two loungers are available in the garden. And of course, the 3.5 m x 7 m swimming pool awaits you to cool off, play, and swim.



At bedtime, three rooms are available to you.



The first room, with taupe and brown tones, features a large Queen Size bed (160x200), positioned facing the bay window, with a view of the pool.

The second room, in shades of green, offers a double bed and a bay window with a view of the pool as well.

The third room, with white walls and blue leaf-patterned wallpaper, is equipped with two single beds. One of them is a trundle bed, strictly reserved for a child.

The house includes an independent toilet and a bathroom with double sink, hair dryer, towel warmer, and large shower.



(* The bathroom shower has a wall with an opening of 120cm, and entry into the pool is via steps.)



For more comfort, a washing machine is available in the garage. Two vehicles can be parked on the plot.
