Located on the 4ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher (shelves provided), hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined together to form a double bed (new bedding).
- A shower room with shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 6 m² balcony with side sea view, enclosed by sliding doors. The balcony has furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 chairs) to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park (1 car).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- From 15 September, the façade of the building will be renovated. This work will start on the other side of the building, but should not cause any noticeable inconvenience during your stay.
