The cottage is well located near the Loire Valley and the Sologne region, on the Loire Valley castle route. GROUND FLOOR: Large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge area (sofa bed 140x190cm), separate WC.

UPSTATION: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190cm), Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190cm), bathroom (bath and sink) and separate WC.

OUTDOORS: At the rear, a small private enclosed garden (accessible through the French doors of the living room), with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 sun loungers, and a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the cottage.

Extra charge: Electric heating is included up to 8kWh/day (additional charges apply based on consumption). For rent: bed linen €10/bed, towels €6/person. End-of-stay cleaning €50/stay (mandatory for business trips).
A security deposit is required upon arrival for the cottage (€360) and with a pet (€450).
