This cottage is well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route. GROUND FLOOR: Large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and lounge area (140x190cm sofa bed), separate toilet.

UPPER FLOOR: Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed, Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm beds, bathroom (bathtub and sink) and separate toilet.

OUTDOOR: At the rear, a small private and enclosed garden (accessible through the living room's bay window) with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 deckchairs, and a barbecue. At the front, parking for 2 cars is available in front of the cottage.

Additional charge: Electric heating available up to 8 kW/day (supplement charged according to consumption). For rent: Sheets at €10/bed, towels at €6/person. End-of-stay cleaning at €50/stay (mandatory for business trips). Pets allowed with a €50 supplement.
A deposit is required upon arrival for the cottage (€360) and for pets (€450).
