Beautiful home in quiet area. Really enjoyed the screened in porch and fishing from the dock. Wish our stay was longer. Highly recommend.

What a great experience. Accommodating, responsive and kind host. House is thoughtfully laid out and appointed. Ultra comfortable beds, bedding and towels. Great layout downstairs for boating/fishing. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

This was a bit of a last minute trip that came up because hubby and I just needed some downtime. Let me start by saying the pictures do not accurately convey how lovely and how well kept this property is. It’s far enough away to feel like you’re really detaching but not too far away if you want to get out and do stuff. For us it was the perfect spot to shut in and relax. We popped out once or twice to enjoy a fresh seafood meal, but their lovely, well-equipped kitchen was great for preparing a late breakfast after a lie-in. Irene’s non-intrusive and timely communications were helpful from beginning to end. Checking in and out was a breeze and any information needed was captured very well in the welcome guide. Wi-fi was stable and reliable.This one is definitely in my favorites for a longer stay return. Thanks for having us Irene and Charlie!!

Weekend stay

A comfortable and quiet weekend stay. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. Full size washer and dryer. Hot water and good water pressure in shower. Good attention to details. Would recommend.

Perfect getaway long weekend. Awesome!

This home is immaculate, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Great location…close to everything. Irene was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place in Saint James City or Pine Island.

Cute little place with easy access to great fishing and boating

This was a great location of the southern end of the island that is close by boat to the beaches of Sanibel or quaint Matlacha. There’s live music and baot rentals only a half mile away. Our hosts were very responsive and left lots of little extras to make our stay wonderful.

Delightful Home

The house is extremely clean and well cared for. The owners planned for everything. The bikes were a pleasant surprise and we rode daily. We loved this property.
