Holiday Home 'Etxe Ttippi' with Mountain View, Terrace, Garden, Parking & Wi-Fi

Welcome to Etxe Ttippi, a charming cottage in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, set in a quiet area with beautiful mountain views, close to the town center, shops, and beaches.



With 41 m² of living space (72 m² floor area), the house accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two toilets. Upon request, an extra bed for a 5th guest is available in a small open space near the stairs, separated by a curtain.



The house is unique: the upper floor is fully attic-style. Ceiling height is 2 m at the highest point, decreasing to about 1 m at the bed heads. Guests taller than 1.80 m may find some areas limited in space.



You will have high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for remote work), a TV, game console, fan, pellet stove heating, washing machine, ironing board and iron. A baby cot is also available.



Outside, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue.



A bus stop is a few minutes’ walk away. Two shopping centers about 250 m away offer a bakery, pharmacy, fish shop, deli, and health center.



There are two private parking spaces. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Towels can be provided on request for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not yet installed but planned for future renovations.



The house is step-free and located in a shared property. Environmentally conscious, it features rainwater collection, insulation with sustainable materials, and information to help with waste sorting.
