Renting conditions:
. Reservation by someone of minimum 30 years of age. All adults lodging at the cottage needs to agree to the cottage’s rules and protocol and be warrant to have minors under their responsibility follow such.
. A piece of identity will be required at booking and the non-observance will result in the cancellation of the booking
. 2000$ in deposit is payable prior to arrival and shall be returned up to 5 days after departure
. Additional fees could be charged if the cottage is returned dirty (more than 2 hours to level the cottage back to the next renters), if there is a stain or broken item(s)
. In case of cancelation, the amount(s) paid forward are non-refundable
. The advertised price is before TPS & QST and the government lodging tax of 3,5%
. 50% is payable at booking to reserve the cottage
. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival
. Minimum of 3 nights during the week and 2 night on weekends
. Minimum 3 nights during long weekends
. Minimum 7 nights during the holiday season and the vacation season (mid-June to August 31st.)
. No arrivals nor departures on Saturdays
