Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room (with shower).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living area with a sofa and a sleeping area separated from the living room by a screen, featuring a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- A fitted kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs, a Senseo pod coffee machine…

- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

The studio is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 100 m away.

Activities:
Come and discover the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts and discover its beautiful sandy beach, 8 km long.
- Fun and sporting activities: cycling on the many cycle paths, horse riding, rollerblading, water sports at the water sports centre, fun activities in the forest at the Parée Jésus site, golf, mini-golf, marine thermal baths, fishing, cinema...
- A varied natural heritage. The dunes are rich in unique vegetation, and there are many organised walks to discover this ecosystem.
