This 30 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a filter coffee maker and an Italian coffee pot, plus a cozy sitting area. Upstairs, accessed by an outdoor staircase, there’s a small living room with a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a charming bathroom. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning and a fan on each level, as well as a crib and high chair for families with young children. Toys and children’s books are also provided.



Relax on your private, beautifully landscaped patio. The shared outdoor pool, supplied with filtered spring water and treated with salt, is set in lush greenery—perfect for refreshing swims during your summer stay.
