Hus med pool mellan sjön och berget

  • Mycket trevligt hus nära sjön och 2 steg från cykelvägen. En sluten, fridfull, skuggad och rymlig trädgård. En vacker pool i form av en badfält, gränsad till en terrass som välkomnar dina grillar och solbad. Denna gröna miljö är en riktig behandling för både ögon och anda medan den förblir nära alla bekvämligheter.

    I trädgården kan du enkelt njuta av bad och leka i vår uppvärmda saltbehandlade pool samt en välförtjänt ledighet på solstolarna efter en cykeltur till Annecy eller en promenad på Chemin des Roseliers vid sjö. Många avgångar är möjliga från huset eller med bil om du vill nå Bauges- eller Aravisbergen. Du kan också dra nytta av seglingsbasen Saint Jorioz som ligger 400 meter från huset och som erbjuder många hyror (paddling, katamaran, vindsurfing ...) eller seglingskurser. I närheten väntar en Acropark för barn "La Criq 'Parc" dig för ett mycket privilegierat ögonblick.

My family had a great weeklong stay in Saint-Jorioz and this house was perfect! The rooms were spacious, The kitchen was large and well equipped. The lake was an easy couple minutes bike ride. And the pool was perfect. Claire was easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy lors de notre stage de triathlon entre amis.La maison était parfaite : très confortable, bien équipée et idéalement située. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , l’emplacement est au top à 10 minutes à pied du bord du lac , piste cyclable à côté , les commerçants de même , tout correspond à l’annonce sans aucun souci . Les hôtes sont adorables ce qui clôture le tout.

Amazing Stay

We had a great time, the house is amazing with a huge pool and the view is unbelievable Only a few minutes walk to the lake and a few minutes walk to the shops The hosts were so friendly , I definitely recommend to stay there

Beautiful spacious house

We've really enjoyed our stay at this house, it actually looks far bigger than the photo suggested. It's pleasantly decorated and well positioned not far from the lake. We would definitely recommend staying there. The host were very nice and friendly.

An exceptional property with an equally exceptional and beautiful host. Claire was brilliantly helpful throughout the entire process. She was extremely prompt with her responses to any questions raised. A truly delightful host. Her house is amazing and our family had an unforgettable holiday. The house is well equipped. Quiet, peaceful and serene. The sun shone from morning to night. The setting is magical and has easy access to the lake, boulangerie, supermarkets and bus stop. A beautiful cycle path with stunning scenery. Thank you Claire we had great fun.

Fabulous house with lovely character and pool, ideally located by the lake.

Lovely modern and clean property with fabulous outside areas and pool. Perfect location near the lake, cycle path, Boulangerie and other amenities. House had everything you could possibly need and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Quiet area but easily accessible to all the lovely attractions of the lake, so ideal for a fabulous holiday.

Fabulous chalet

We had a wonderful holiday here with extended family. Claire has been a very welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The chalet is in a great location for walking to the local “beach” on the lake, renting kayaks and getting treats at the excellent bakery. The kids adored the pool. Thank you!

Beautiful house, as described online. Interior decor was superb with lovely touches throughout. The pool outside was much larger than expected, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Loads to do in the area, highlight being the lake. Timothy was a delight to see each day and became a much loved robopet!

Perfect house and location

We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay. The house was wonderful and included everything our family of 4 needed to both work and vacation. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the lake, boulangerie, market, restaurants, etc. and provides quick access to many popular cycling routes and easy access to Annecy by bike, bus, or car. The host and her family were welcoming, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in the Annecy area.

Very nice house! Also suitable for a vacation with friends!

When we arrived Claire and her husband welcomed us. She showed us around the house and answered all our questions. The house was just as beautiful as in the photos. A 10 minute walk was the lake with a beautiful beach. There is also a bakery and bike rental nearby. I can only recommend the house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in St Jorioz. The house is modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The big kitchen, dining, and living spaces inside are perfect.The outdoor areas are fabulous and the garden has great views of the surrounding mountains. There's a fantastic warm pool that our kids absolutely loved. They also enjoyed the playhouse and the lawn mower they named "Speedy." Claire was a fantastic host and is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions.The location is superb, right on the cycle path, making it easy to get the kids out and about. It’s a pleasant walk into the centre of Saint-Jorioz or down to the lakefront. Overall, we had an amazing week and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this lovely holiday home!
