Welcome to our family-friendly beach town retreat, Estate of Grace. This is a new 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a sprawling wrap around porch to take in views of the St Joseph river. Your home away from home has high end touches to make you feel like you’ve never left home including Lazy-Boy sleeper sofas & 50”-55” smart TVs throughout. All bedrooms have king size beds with local, comfy mattresses from Rested Pillow. The gourmet kitchen offers Whirlpool appliances including an air fry range.
The space

This new and high end 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom single family home with 2 car garage and extra parking pad to comfortably park 3 vehicles. Also features lots of outdoor space with seating including a 6 person patio furniture set and 6 adirondack chairs featured across the patio and wrap around porch to take in the river views. Also can take the opportunity to use the full size sleeper sofa in the living room if you want to spread out.

Main floor:
The living room features a gas fireplace with windows looking out to the water. Relax on Lazy-Boy furniture couches or swivel chairs and watch the 55” smart TV using the included high speed fiber internet. Prepare dinner in the gourmet kitchen using Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and KitchenAid small appliances, The kitchen is stocked with KitchenAid coffeemaker and coffee bean grinder, pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cutlery set, glasses, plates, bowls and silverware. Eat inside using the 8 person dining table or 4 barstools at the granite countertop island.

Upper floor:
Relax in the spacious primary suite bedroom with king size bed with high end Sunny Side Up Rested Pillow mattress with optional bed topper to suit any kind of sleeper. Enjoy watching a 55” smart TV before falling asleep, store your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet and get a spa-like experience in the stunning bathroom.

Another 3 bedrooms each with king size beds and comfortable mattresses and 50” smart TVs complete the sleeping accommodations on the second floor.

Outdoor:
Enjoy views of the river from any angle. The ground level front porch boasts adirondack chairs and a side patio includes a 6 person dining table and grill. The wrap around porch off of the primary suite offers 4 adirondack chairs and a side table to enjoy morning coffee or a night cap.

Estate of Grace is located in a quiet resort feel community allowing you to truly disconnect and create unforgettable memories with your family or friends. We strive to meet the needs of families with young children and offer upon request pack & play, stroller, and high chair. We also will have available beach chairs (4 qty), beach towels (10 qty), beach toys and kid’s life jackets. (2 qty)
Guest access
Full house can be accessed using the keyless Smart Lock on the front door.

Other things to note
As part of Harbor Village Resort, our guests have full access to the outdoor pool open from late May through Mid September. The pool area includes lounge chairs, umbrellas and restrooms.
