“The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“Allting kring boendet funkade väldigt bra, kontakt innan, incheckning, hjälp med taxi från flygplatsen osv. Vi fick till och med en uppgradering av rummet när det fanns plats över. Paret som sköter hotellet är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen är äldre och inte i samma klass som resort. Man får vad man betalar för och för oss som mest sover i rummet och äter frukost räckte det gott och väl. Klart lägre standard än scandic hemma, men de rummen anser vi vara bättre än det mesta...

“It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend.”

“Det var ett mycket lugnt och avslappnande ställe. Stranden låg bara rätt över gatan och det fanns restauranger direkt utmed på gatan, med alla olika kök. Kanon.Det tog bara 10 min att promenera in till samhället där det finns större varuhus. Ska man bo någonstans på St. Lucia så ska man definitivt bo vid Rodney Bay. Fanns också jättefina resort men klart mycket dyrare än detta. Mycket trevlig värdinna . Stället skulle behövas fräschas upp lite grann, speciellt sofforna. Annars var vi jätte...

“ Yes, breakfast room was clean and she was perfect. I think I was the property on the side which I had fell. I had an accident and scrape my knee but a pat from all that everything else was good because they were doing construction in the front so we had to go through the side door. ”

“Rummet (efter att vi fick byta pga dåligt läge) var bra och servicen och städning var också bra! Personal väldigt tillmötesgående. Mysigt med ”trädäcken” man kunde ligga och sola på samt även den lilla stranden. Även restaurangen Cockpit och deras personal var bra! Prisvärt hotell!”
