L'océane 4, au Pied de la Dune de Contis

Welcome to the Océane, an exceptional villa located in the heart of Contis, a few steps from the dune and the ocean. This unique 190m² accommodation combines the comfort of an architect's house with the authenticity of a fisherman's hut, offering an ideal living environment for holidays with family or friends.

Simply cross the street and climb the dune to find yourself with your feet in the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes. Enjoy long walks, refreshing swims and moments of relaxation.

The open living room, bathed in natural light, invites you to conviviality. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. The dining room, ideal for sharing convivial moments, opens onto a sunny terrace.

The villa has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people. Two master suites with 160 cm beds and a full private shower room, one of which is on the first floor. Two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one bedroom with three 90 cm beds. A bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sink and separate toilet
For your comfort, the villa is equipped with a TV, washing machine, barbecue, a water hose to rinse the sand back from the beach and a large parking space inside for 4 cars. You will also find all the necessary shops and services nearby.
Terrace:
Make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture to enjoy a coffee at sunrise or organize convivial meals around the large table. The barbecue, ready to use, will allow you to concoct delicious grilled meats. The wooden shelter offers pleasant protection for lunch in the shade.

- During the summer season, admissions are from Sunday to Sunday and a minimum occupancy of 7 days is required.
- End of stay cleaning fee 200 euros to be paid directly on arrival.
