“The shower door didn’t close, there was no fan in the bathroom. The hot humid air from the bathroom would flow into the room in the basement and make it stuffy and the bed moist. There wasn’t a single fan in the entire unit while we were in a heatwave. Finding the key to get into the place was like lan escape room, with codes and locks to figure out. “The home was very clean and was exactly as pictured. This was a perfect place for our family of 10 with plenty of space and bathrooms. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and attractions. ”

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”
