It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the raised ground floor (a few steps to climb at the entrance to the house):
- A raised living area of 30 m² with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and a cot
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the second floor:
- A mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). This bedroom opens onto the stairwell.

Outside:
- A lovely 50 m² garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
