Large vacation home, a 10-minute walk from the beach

Welcome to our home! Our large family home will allow you to spend a holiday by the sea in an idyllic setting. Its location, in the Paramé district, one of the neighborhoods of St Malo, allows you to do everything on foot: 5 minutes from local shops with a market twice a week and 10 minutes from Rochebonne beach, a large fine sandy beach where you can swim, surf, sunbathe, play in the sand or have a drink or a coffee facing the sea. This beach is one end of the Sillon beach, bordered by its large seawall, which allows you to reach the walled city (intra-muros) on foot or by bike (approximately 3km). In addition to this setting which allows you to enjoy the sea air every day, our house offers you all the Comfort is key: fully renovated in 2019, its layout allows everyone to fully enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The fully enclosed garden benefits from a pleasant south/southwest exposure and allows children to play safely (swing, playhouse, ping-pong table, basketball hoop). A large wooden terrace overlooks the garden. A table for 6 people with parasols allows for outdoor dining. A barbecue and a griddle are available. This terrace is directly accessible from the first floor, which comprises a large living area with a lounge, dining room, and a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen. On this level, there is also a toilet, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Upstairs, there are two children's bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a single bed (90 cm) and a trundle bed. Numerous board games, books, and toys are available, including a large selection of Lego. A toilet and another bathroom (shower) are also located on this floor. On the garden level, with direct access to the garden, there are two more bedrooms: a children's room with a single bed (90cm) and numerous books and toys, including a lovely Playmobil collection, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). A laundry room with washing machines and a dryer, as well as a toilet, is also located on this level. We will be sure to share all our favorite spots with you, as well as tips for exploring St. Malo and its surroundings (Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Mont Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands, etc.).
