Family home with a pool on the outskirts of the Alpilles

Treat yourself to a Provençal interlude in our large family home of 220 m², nestled in a quiet and green environment a few minutes from Arles and the Alpilles.

This character residence has retained all its authenticity: antique furniture, generous volumes and a warm atmosphere. Here, you will stay in a real family home, full of memories and charm, far from standardized rentals.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 4 comfortable bedrooms and its sleeping area upstairs. It also has two bathrooms and several sanitary facilities for the comfort of all.
Outside, you will enjoy the sunny days around the large 6 x 12 meter swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day of discovery. The stone barbecue will allow you to share long meals under the Provençal sky, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Surrounded by a large plot of land, the property offers calm, space and privacy, while remaining close to the cultural and natural riches of the region: Arles les Alpilles, the Camargue, the Provençal markets and the villages of character.

The house has retained its original character and family spirit, which is what makes it so charming. Travellers in search of authenticity will appreciate its warm atmosphere, its generous volumes and its typical Provençal atmosphere. An ideal address for those who are looking above all for space, simplicity, conviviality and the pleasure of being together in Provence.

You will have access to all the main rooms of the house that you will need (2 rooms will be closed and not accessible by us also during your stay).

Other remarks
The first floor of the house where the 3 bedrooms are located, The living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen is not equipped with air conditioning.
Air conditioning is installed upstairs, where bedroom 4 and the sleeping area (bedroom 5) are located.
Bedroom 5 is a sleeping area (upstairs next to bedroom 4), not closed, with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 is provided with 2 single beds (80*200), which can be brought together to make a bed in 160*200.

The pool is unfenced but equipped with an alarm, which does not exclude vigilance with children.

The barbecue is at your disposal.

A person will be required to spend 1 to 2 times a week in the early morning (on days to be defined together) in order to water the garden near the house and the potted plants on the terraces.

It is located in Caphan, hamlet of Saint Martin de Crau, and is 5 minutes by car from the city center.
It is ideally located, at the gates of the Alpilles, 10 minutes from Maussanes Les Alpilles, Paradou, 20 minutes from Les Baux de Provence and Saint Rémy de Provence.
20 minutes from Arles, an ancient city of renown steeped in history and therefore at the gateway to the Rhône delta and the Camargue.
Not far from Avignon, accessible both by car (45 mins) and by train, as well as Marseille (1h10 by car), the Côte Bleue (1h) and Aix en Provence (50 mins).
Saint Martin is served by an SNCF train station and Marseille Provence airport is 45 minutes from our house.
Various shops are located in the town of Saint Martin de Crau.
