The bright ground floor offers an open-plan living area with wood-burning stove, dining space, and fully functional kitchen with separate area for fridge-freezer, pantry, microwave, and washer-dryer.

Outdoor amenities include a table with parasol, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, exercise bike under wooden shelter, hammock, hanging chair, and swing.
