The charms of an authentic Percheron house: old stones, terracotta tiles, beams, large fireplace. At the end of the hamlet, facing south, it opens onto a wooded and hilly park of 6500 m². The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fitted kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 people and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cosy for family evenings by the fireplace or parties). Garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis,...<br>Depending on the season, you can choose a hike in the forest for sport or mushrooms, the local stud farms for a horse or pony ride, a visit to medieval towns, charming villages, manor houses, flea markets, cultural events, and some beautiful restaurants. Or more simply, you can prefer the garden, its fruit trees (cherries, apples, pears, peaches, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) and their jams, its clearing for a picnic, its "football field", its ping-pong table, its swings, its grotto, ... In the evening, it is pleasant to enjoy the terrace/barbecue and the beautiful starry skies in summer, or in winter the cosy and warm lounge, its large fireplace (wood is provided) and its bar.<br>The kitchen open to the dining room (8/10 covers, benches) has already seen beautiful lively tables with a prime rib of beef (famous here) grilled in the fireplace, or other local specialties (black pudding, cheese, Normandy pies, ...).<br>To cook, you will have a large number of utensils such as a raclette set, a fondue set, a rice cooker, a mixer, a scale, a blender, a fruit squeezer, a potato masher, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a teapot... But also wine glasses, champagne flutes, whisky glasses, cocktail glasses and the bar to enjoy them. <br>Visitors to La Ligerie are generally seduced by the size of the rooms and by the ambient silence which offers an unparalleled quality of sleep.
