This superb 300m² villa has been fully renovated, decorated and equipped to offer you an all-inclusive stay where relaxation is the watchword!

It features a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, adjoining the dining room and living room. There are also 4 bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 double bed, private shower room and separate toilet, a dormitory with 6 90 x 200 single beds and 6 wardrobes, and a laundry room. A games room (billiards, pinball, darts) has been designed so that you can have a great time with friends or family! The outside area has everything you could wish for, with a magnificent in-ground heated swimming pool (from may depending on the weatherlike), a brand-new sauna and a range of activities including archery, soccer, mini-golf and a pétanque court with Molkky game.

All comforts are provided on site, including linen and towels. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay at home!

You have access to all the accommodation. Please note that the swimming pool will be winterized and therefore no longer accessible from October 1st!

Keys must be handed over personally to introduce you to this exceptional location and its many leisure activities.
Additional charges may apply for late arrivals after 6pm.

Les Olympiades is located in the Poitiers countryside, on a private, secure estate.
The village of Vendeuvre du Poitou has a number of shops nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarkets, etc.).
