This is our home that we rent during our absence. You will find the equipment, storage and spaces that will allow you to be very comfortable up to 8 people.
The house was built in 2024, it has an area of 160m2. Extremely bright, you have a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Its major asset is the size of its living rooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen are entirely open for a space of 55m2.
You will have a bedroom with a 160 bed with its en-suite shower room and upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with sofa bed and a 160 bed on the mezzanine, an attic bedroom with 160 bed and TV, this last bedroom does not have a direct window to the outside but it has a glass roof overlooking the mezzanine. Mezzanine of 20m2 upstairs where you will find a relaxation area, shelf with books and board games, a desk and a bonzini table football, all with an unobstructed view of the valley.
From the dining room you have access via a large bay window to a terrace of 30m2 with tables and chairs, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
On the first floor of the house, you have the Vieux Chaillol spa, private wellness area, massages, facials... which is completely independent of the main house. You benefit from 10% on all spa services.
Linen is not provided. You have duvets and pillows. A baby cot is also available. Possibility of renting sheets and towels for 10€/person.
Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning package by an external company at the rate of 150€. To be booked at the time of booking.
