We stayed in this lovely cottage, overlooking Plage de Pentrez, a 4km stretch of sandy beach about half an hour from Quimper. We used all three double bedrooms in the main part of the house. There is a little flat underneath too, which was dark and we didn’t use (except the fridge, as an overflow). All bedrooms had a bath or shower and the kitchen although small was very well equipped. Comfy beds.
We stayed in May, so slightly out of season and it was very quiet. Lots of the houses around were locked up so I imagine the place is rammed in summer, when everyone moves back. Can recommend Creperie au Soleil Breton for delicious, crispy crepes and lovely salted caramel sauce. I had the tutorial she offers but only do it if you speak decent French. Locronan is gorgeous and has the best Boulangerie/patisserie in the area, which was otherwise a bit disappointing. I am a bit of a patisserie snob though so others may not have an issue.
Good holiday, hope to return in not too distant future and Delphine was very helpful and accommodating.
