500 m beach studio cabin in residence Cap Atlantic, St Palais/mer swimming pool

Le 58 is a large studio of 27 m², renovated on one level, with a small garden that closes overlooking a pretty wooded square, in the Cap Atlantic residence of the seaside resort of Saint Palais sur Mer. The residence is 500 m from the fine sandy beach of Nauzan. After an afternoon of idleness, swimming and sand games, you can continue your day by swimming in the large secure swimming pool of the residence or by playing tennis or a wild game of ping pong. In the accommodation you will find everything you need for a great holiday. We have separated the double bed in 140 from the rest of the apartment for privacy. The double bed is in a closed canopy-style cabin. In the living room there is a sofa bed in 130, TV, table and chairs The bathroom is composed of a shower, a washing machine, sink, toilet
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, crockery, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans etc. The accommodation has two large cupboards, a fan. You can also make your meals outside in the garden thanks to the electric plancha and garden furniture. For the beach, you can use the umbrella, the 2 deck chairs, the 2 beach chairs of the accommodation.

When booking, we draw up a rental contract that you will send back to us signed. The keys are handed over by appointment. On arrival an inventory of fixtures is carried out and we ask for 2 deposit checks, one for 500 euros (damages) and one for 80 euros (cleaning). These two cheques are returned at the end of the stay inventory in exchange for accommodation in good condition.
