A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, and 4 ceramic hobs. One step leads to the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet with a laundry area (washing machine). There are two bedrooms: two 140x190 cm beds. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Electric heating. The grounds are unfenced. Parking is available in front. Baby equipment is available upon request and subject to availability: 1 travel cot. Linens, towels, sheets, electricity, and heating are provided. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. The unheated swimming pool is shared with three other rentals (across the street from the chalet). Dimensions: 5 m x 10 m. Depth: 1 m to 1.50 m. Open from June 1st to September 30th. Secured by a gate and alarm. In the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Soutou gîtes are located in the Périgord countryside, on the heights of a typical village with all amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market).
You can explore the many treasures of the region's heritage (castles, country houses, gardens, caves, etc.), visit Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage 29 km away, or enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, golf, canoeing, swimming in the Dordogne, etc.).
