  • Our villa is a very comfortable Neo Breton house on 2 floors
    on the first floor: living room veranda 1bedroom a bathroom shower wc
    Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtubs, All the house was redone in 2022
    A third room for private use can be made available on request
    New modern fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace.
    Front access with wheelchair slope. On the back land of 900M with veranda and terrace facing south.
    On the front garden 300 m with sea view all completely enclosed.
    The whole is located 300m from the beach and all shops. Parking for 4 or 5 cars in the basement, garage, laundry room, etc.

Excellent séjour à Saint-Quay-Portrieux

Un emplacement idéal pour passer des vacances ressourçantes : dans un quartier très calme à 10 petites minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces du centre ville. Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire de gentillesse et d'attention de la part des propriétaires de cette belle maison très bien équipée. Ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pratiques sur Saint-Quay-Portrieux et les environs, et étaient d'une disponibilité très appréciable ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour découvrir ce très beau coin de Bretagne !
