Les Ramades is a very bright 160 m² single-storey villa with an exceptional 180° panoramic view overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, south-facing, renovated in a modern style with every comfort.
It features a swimming pool, a home cinema, and a small fitness room, and is located in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet residential area.
Walking trails in the hills of the Massif des Maures are accessible just one minute away on foot — ideal for hikers.

The villa has 4 bedrooms:

-another bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be joined together

Les Issambres, ideally situated in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is a privileged destination on the Côte d'Azur, a village that is both central and not overrun by tourists.
It is 15 minutes from Sainte Maxime and 20 minutes from Saint Raphael.
You'll find all the local shops you need: bakers, butchers, chemists, tobacconists, newsagents, two supermarkets, florists, ice-cream parlours, chocolate makers, restaurants, petrol stations, doctors' surgeries... and a local open-air market on Monday mornings and a second-hand market on Friday mornings.
The beach is a 7-minute drive from the villa, where you can swim, relax and take part in water sports in a gentle, family atmosphere.
The port of Les Issambres is the perfect place to moor your boat, take a 25-minute boat trip to St Tropez or go on a variety of sea excursions.
