Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 12 travelers, the ideal place to share precious moments with family or friends.

The large living room, invites you to share good times around a large convivial table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The lounge area with its fireplace offers a perfect setting for soft and relaxing evenings.

The open and equipped kitchen with a central island that invites you to cook in a friendly atmosphere.
Also on the first floor, you will find three beautiful bedrooms of 15, 14.73 and 17.6 m2 as well as two bathrooms of 6.6 and 7.55 m2, separate toilets
Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine extended by a bedroom of 22m2, as well as a master suite with dressing room and bathroom of 50m2.

Outside as soon as you arrive, a spacious courtyard allows you to park several vehicles, as well as a partly covered play area (ping-pong table, ...). Before entering the house you will be greeted by the heated and fenced swimming pool as well as the terrace equipped with a brazier, a table and garden furniture. The garden around the house adds extra space to relax or do activities.

Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
