The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a private bathroom with a double hand-basin, and a direct exit to the garden. The second bedroom also features 1 french bed and is served by a shower room with a double hand-basin. The ground floor further includes an open dining room with a dining table, an open kitchen fitted with a bar, and 2 separate WCs, one of which is only accessible from outside.
On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each configured with 2 beds and a private shower room. A separate WC is also located on this floor, serving the upper level independently.
