“The front desk staff wasn't friendly. Slightly rude. Location not in good proximity to local points of interest. Required taxi transportation everywhere averaging 7$ to $20 per person every time you move from location to the next. Prices changed based on what they felt like charging or destination. There were chickens, dogs and cats roaming freely on the property. A cat literally walking around the restaurant like a customer underneath feet while we ate. Not much entertainment on the property....

“This property has an amazing spot on the island. The staff was incredible. They have lots of towels and also offer turn down service every day if you want it. Make sure you always leave your housekeeper a tip on your pillow! The parking attendant was awesome. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful in the Front Desk ladies were great! “We loved our sty at Sapphire Beach. We were so close to sudis and loved their food. Also had a great time at outdoor bar and ordered amazing pizza. This was all onsite!
